Counter Argument

Many People think of Fish as a protein. Some may even say it’s a healthier meal. There are people who completely abstain from eating Fish because of conservation to ethical morals or beliefs. It’s true from a health point that Fish is obviously healthier than meat. Vegans are those who do not eat meat or any product made by or from animals. However there are some vegans who eat Fish but still consider themselves vegetarians, but Fish is meat. If this is the case we can say that Fish is considered to be healthier. Health scares would put people off eating seafood. People tend to worry about contaminants like mercury and PCB.
A guy by the name of Jeremy Piven claimed about getting mercury poisoning, in his sushi meal. Health concerns and contaminants have always been an issue. People still debate on whether Fish is always healthier. Some people claimed that for whatever reason you’re better off eating Fish because it’s not meat and as in health wise its better.

''Super size Me''

The movie super size me was really informative. It gave alot of broad view how much Mc donalds and all the other fast food companies foods arent healthy. The guy went through alot on his research of how much weight u can gain from these fast food companies. Each day he ate something from Mc donalds he added more and more pounds on to his body. Some of the images were really gross but its really true in what was shown. When u eat these fast food, after awhile your body cant really handle all the fatty things that your putting in which is what causes you to at some point vomit. From the menus on the Mc Donalds menu there wasnt even a healthy meal except for maybe the salad which probably cost a little more than a burger. Alot of food places sometimes dont even have the menu of showing you whats healthy in the chocies you make or even sometimes theres no calories written up next to the orders. This movie showed alot it just goes to show that fast foods companies are making money just because its a money making business and they dont really have any concern with the health of their customers.
